Couverture chocolate is flavoured with natural oils and vanilla and carefully moulded onto a wooden spoon before being topped with a selection of innovate inclusions and solid chocolate reliefs. The innovatively designed seasonal specials and boozy tipples variations have become infamous in households all over the UK as gifts, party favours and stocking fillers.
The couverture chocolate we use is carefully sourced from producers who are proud to be a part of sustainable cocoa cultivation and community programs in the West African cocoa growing communities. Choose from the creamy and sweet vanilla notes of 28% cocoa white chocolate; milky caramel notes of 33% cocoa milk chocolate; smooth and well balanced sweet and bitter notes of 54% cocoa dark; the rich and bitter roasted cocoa notes of 70% dark and the newest member of our menu - the deliciously sweet toffee and butter notes of the 30% cocoa gold, with a hint of salt. The different chocolate types are carefully paired with flavourings and toppings, such as peppermint, orange, cinnamon, fudge or cocoa nibs, before finally being added to the menu.
